Customer Service Executive
Description
We are working with a large long established fashion company to recruit a Customer Service Executive.
You will be responsible for overseeing the B2C sales and support the customers service team in queries relating to customer orders.
This is an amazing opportunity working in a fantastic fast paced fashion head office environment.
Duties will include:
Receiving, processing, and answering customer sales and after sales enquiries by telephone and email.
Entering orders onto ordering system.
General day to day office administration supporting the team.
Dealing with shipping companies and tracking parcels.
Travel within the UK and overseas for support to the wholesale sales teams throughout the year.
Required skills & Experience:
An appreciation and understanding of the fashion supplier functions or retail head office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident customer service skills
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Professionalism and flexibility with the ability to work to deadlines
Ability to use own initiative regarding problem solving
Ability to manage expectations and prioritise workload
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
