We have the role of Sales Administrator which will involve duties managing incoming and outgoing orders/deliveries.
Our client is a leading fashion supplier to many high street retailers covering ladieswear fashion.
You will be involved in the communication and organization of deliveries with warehouse staff and with carrier companies through the use of Sage line 50 system. You will raise invoices as well as checking incoming stock and log onto the system and carry out general reception duties.
You will manage all aspects of the sales process once an order has been received:
• Managing orders on a day to day basis.
• Liaising with the sales, shipping and merchandising team.
• Liaising with warehouse to track dispatches.
• Liaising with carriers for POD’s
