Senior Ladieswear Designer

Our client is a leading commercial ladieswear supplier to many high fashion customers such as Arcadia, New Look and ASOS.

They are currently looking for a Senior Ladieswear Designer to create new designs across the ladies jersey departments including tops and dresses.

The ideal candidate will have experience of travelling abroad to Turkey/Far East as this is an important part of the role.

You need to be confident in customer meetings and pushing new products in line with the customer you are working with and their price point.

You will have strong trend lead fast fashion experience and be at the forefront of new ideas.

• You will have strong experience working with similar jersey product or a keen interest in working in this area
• You must be competent with Adobe illustrator and Photoshop
• Comp shop reports, translating catwalk to high street
• Travel to Far East is required
• Works closely with Far East factories
• Work closely with high street buyers and own brand to develop new collections
