Our client is expanding their sales team and looking for a Sales Account Manager to be based in their Manchester office.
They are a very successful homeware textiles company who deal with many mid and high end retailers, department stores and supermarkets.
The role will involve:
- Visiting existing customers to establish future ranges, costings and development
- Developing new accounts
- Working closely with buyers to ensure their needs are met
- Negotiating cost prices and terms
- Maintaining a strong relationship with customers
The successful candidate for this Account Manager role will have:
- Three years working in a wholesale/supplier environment
- Have textile/homewares experience and understand production components for pricing and development
- Have active contacts which may be used to bring new business
- You must be highly motivated
