Assistant Merchandiser

Our leading fashion jersey supplier are currently looking to strengthen the merchandising team.

They are recruiting an Assistant Merchandiser (candidate will preferably have 2 years plus experience working for a fashion supplier) more junior applicants may be considers if they have been responsible for overseeing customer accounts and critical path).

The role will involve working with many mid market fast paced high street retailers and department stores.

• Manage the critical path, attend Handover meetings
• Send approved design pack to customer (if required) and supplier
• Check lab dips/strike offs and bulk fabric submissions and send to the customer for approval
• Manage customer approvals tracking system
• Update critical path and send to the customer as required
• Check strike off approvals and upload onto the system
• Liaising with customers and factories to ensure orders are shipped on time
